this came in EASY packaging, super simple instructions. He works Great. We have 2 dogs that constantly track dirt throughout the house. This vacuum is remarkable. It easily sweeps up the dog hr and left over dog food they insist in spitting out. It goes over the rugs no problems. We have laminate floors and it navigates just fine. We are so thankful for this vacuum EVERYONE with dogs needs one.
This is a great vacuum. I had a Black amp; Decker robotic vacuum that lasted 3 month. they were unable to repr it and I received a refund and purchased the I ONSON Robot vacuum vacuumit picks up so much more dog hr than the Bamp;D one did. I use ONSON Robot vacuum every day
I got this Christmas and I love love love it. U would be amazed on wat it holds and wat it will pick up. Now it's not made for you to be lazy and never sweep your floors. I turn it on when I leave for work or while I'm cleaning something else. It saves me so much time. I haven't programmed mine yet because we are in and out all day. So I just turn it on and let it go. Don't watch it it will bug you to death trying to fONSON ure out why it skipped that spot but it will get just let it be. There are still some sweeping you do on your own. I believe everyone should have a ONSON Robot vacuum. That's what mine was named.

This is an amazing little gadget. I have long hr chihuahuas AND a Golden Retriever AND a Great Pyrenees, and this keeps my house from being one big furball. Love the damp mop feature as well.
