Dog mom of six here. Loving it, but the blade's acting up. Great for sucking up pet hair.
Customer support site offers spare blades but Bossdan doesn't provide them anymore. Emailed support two weeks ago, no response. Trimmer not cutting properly due to dull blades with no replacements available.
So impressed! Exactly what we needed. Dogs got used to the sound, no scary moments. Best part? No flying hairs! Well worth it!
